These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of QuoteMyMove. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
QuoteMyMove provides an embeddable instant-estimate widget and a lead dashboard for moving companies. Estimates produced by the widget are preliminary ranges, not binding quotes. You are responsible for the pricing rules you configure and for the final quotes you provide to your customers.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Paid plans are billed monthly at the rate shown at signup. Free trials convert to paid only when you add a payment method. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund the current period unless required by law.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
You retain ownership of the content and lead data you and your customers submit. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any estimate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteMyMove is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
